Review: It was a light week for the Oil Kings with just a pair of games. Edmonton took care of business winning both, running their record to 8-3-1-1. First up was a tight affair with the Moose Jaw Warriors. The Kings battled hard to come from behind to down the Warriors 2-1. Griffen Reinhart tallied both goals. On Friday it was a wide open high scoring affair, as the Kings defeated the Portland Winterhawks 8-4. Dylan Wruck, Curtis Lazar and Michael St. Croix led the way offensively with 10 points between them.

Upcoming: The schedule picks up a bit with three games in four night this week. Things start with the lone meeting this year between the Oil Kings and Everett Silvertips on Wednesday night.
